Man accused of killing 3-year-old son

Both sides in the case of David Creato Jr. of Haddon Township NJ, who has been charged in the death of his 3-year-old son, Brendan, met for a status update Monday in the Camden County Superior Courthouse.

The defense and the prosecution seem to both have all evidence in their possession as they gear up for trial.

Brendan's body was found in the woods behind the family home hours after the boy was reported missing in October.

Bail, for David Creato, remains at $750,000 with no 10 percent option, and restrictions on travel.

A pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 18
