Beach body in 5 days?

If the warm weather is getting you excited for the summer, well right now is the time to make sure you are in beach body shape.

Ashley is putting her strength to the test, trying five different, intense workouts in five days to see if she can accomplish the beach body.

First, she headed to South Jersey Health and Body to figure out her starting point. Dr. Danny says at the end of the five-day challenge she should be able to see some change in terms of weight and muscle mass.

The first stop was the Bar Method in Princeton where Ashley took a killer early morning class with owner Amy Clark.

"The Bar Method is completely different from any other type of workout, it's all about small isometric movements so we keep you in the muscle a little bit longer, you do a lot of small tiny movements," Clark said.

Day one was a winner. Four more days to go!
