Boy with autism punched in school

A video was released showing a teacher's aide in the New York City public school system punching an 11-year-old autistic boy in the head.

The family has hired an attorney to sue the attacker, the City of New York and the Department of Education of the City of New York. By all accounts, the attacker does not regret the incident.
