Bars set different age limits for sexes

- Bars on Long Island are coming under scrutiny for different age requirements for men and women.

At Cabo Restaurant in Rockville Centre, women must be 23 or older to enter on Friday and Saturday nights, while men must be at least 25.

The owner says the requirements is to keep a safe bar, telling Chasing News men mature at a different age than women.

Meanwhile, others say it's sexist. The American Civil Liberties Association says its against the law, calling the policy classic gender discrimination.
