Diet and autism

A new government survey suggests that one in 45 children ages 3 through 17 have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. There is no cure but parents with children on the spectrum are always trying to find ways to enhance their children's lives.

Brittany Poveromo is no different. Doctors told her that changing her son Jack's diet would help with his behavioral issues and insomnia. Since, she made it her mission to learn everything she could about cooking clean.
