It's everywhere you look -- Pumpkin Spice Madness!

Pumpkin Spice lattes, lotions, cookies, cakes, and candles.

It seems one can have a Pumpkin Spice anything this autumn -- but how much is too much?

Futurist Faith Popcorn says the end is nowhere in sight, "E-cigarettes -- all that vaping?  Soon you're going to have a vape room of Pumpkin Spice.  You're going to have Pumpkin Spice Cadillacs -- it's the big car color.  I mean it can get worse... I'm just a bit -- trying to ignore it."

At the Spice and Tea Exchange in Red Bank, they have freshly blended Pumpkin Spice. It is made with a blend of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, orange zest, anise, and a few other things.  And it's heady -- it smells like an autumn holiday.

"You need to step back a little bit as a consumer and choose your favorite pumpkin item," says Lisa Prepon, the stores proprietor, who adds that "this might be it because there are no chemicals in this -- it's all fresh and new and natural."

The marketing of Pumpkin Spice is a different matter altogether.  Some call it overwhelming to the point that they'd really never like to see another Pumpkin Spice latte or anything else again.
