Al Kavadlo is taking fitness workouts to the streets of New York.

Kavadlo increases body strength, body flexibility, and overall fitness with no equipment at Tompkins Square Park.

These work outs are meant to take your body to its full potential.

“I started out working at the big box, mainstream, Globo gym kind of atmosphere, but then I gradually, over the last several years, have transitioned away from that doing more of my work outs in parks, and in people’s homes using minimal equipment. I’m all about keeping it super simple focused on pure body weight training calisthenics,” Kavadlo said.

Kavadlo believes that all someone needs is the determination and willingness to work out.
