Feral cat problem in Seaside Heights

- Seaside Heights has passed a controversial ordinance to take control of its feral cat problem.

The ordinance sets aside a trap, neuter and release program. Instead, the cats will be put up for adoption or placed in a sanctuary once they are captured and neutered.

Activists from all around the country voiced their concerns over the measure. But, according to the mayor, all of the concerns came from outside Seaside Heights
