Homeless family fights to get child back

A formerly homeless couple had both of their young children taken away and placed in foster care after police found one of the children wandering in Love Park in Philadelphia in the middle of the night.

A faith-based organization called Chosen 300 raised money to give the family a home for a year and hopefully get their children back.

According to the family, stipulations followed the organization's once-philanthropic gesture. Now they are being threatened to be evicted meaning they won't have a stable home for their kids to live and may not get them back at all.
