Tired of the same old boring tourist maps that show little more than the subway lines? Want to see the more colorful side of New York City? You're in luck.

The newly designed insider map by Alfalfa Studio, highlight landmarks including Times Square's Naked Cowboy and the location of a Central Park raccoon attack.

"Iconic New York" is a new map made by Rafael Esquer.  It features 400 colorful icons of famous and insider spots in New York City.

Esquer's love for the city led him to create the map, which took him 2 years to make.

"I just couldn't find anything that I wanted to give to my friends and family when they visit," he said, "So I decided to take every single building and high-rise in New York and make an icon."

This map also won an award and is a 27” x 40” poster.

The map costs $39.99 and some of the proceeds help support minority students studying art and design.
