Piano man's victory

Peaceful piano chords emanate from the Atlantic City home of Charlie Birnbaum, a piano tuner who has tuned pianos for Frank Sinatra, Liza Minnelli, and Harry Connick Jr.

Since 2012, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority  has been trying to take Charlie's home using eminent domain.  After three years of fighting in the court system, a judge concluded that there was not sufficient reason to take Charlie's house from him.
