Sharpton group protests minority owned business

A local chapter of Al Sharpton's National Action Network is calling for a Jersey City bodega to close.

The bodega, the site of a fatal shooting last year, has since come under new ownership, but that hasn't stopped calls for its closure. An employee of the former business, Los Yoleros, was accused of evidence tampering.

Kenia, the new owner of Kelken Deli & Grocery, doesn't understand. "They think that we are related," she said.

The National Action Network said it will continue to protest the new store and held a vigil in front of it Tuesday evening.
