Union Square ralliers support congestion pricing proposal

Members of the Riders Alliance and others gathered in Union Square Tuesday to drum up support for congestion pricing to ease traffic in Manhattan and provide a revenue source for subway repairs. Nate Rodgers went to the rally and talked to advocates and residents about the idea.
