My9's Vice President/Station Manager, Dianne Doctor, goes through the challenges the NJ Transit is currently facing. Richard Hammer is on his way to becoming the state’s new DOT commissioner, and his first priority, together with Governor Christie, should be to fill the NJ Transit executive director position with a creative leader from the private sector.
