Museum for African American History and Culture to open

- There's a huge new museum opening in Washington, D.C. celebrating the history and culture of African Americans. The museum's specialist Mary N. Elliot says it is a place everyone should visit.

The museum, just steps away from the Washington Monument, is designed to serve as a literal and figurative representation of the painful legacy of slavery and oppression to cultural, athletic, and artistic achievements.
