WATCH: Horse tormented by paintballs finds a loving home

- After leaving The Daily Show, Comedian Jon Stewart has moved on to greener pastures, quite literally! Jon and his wife, former veterinarian Tracey Stewart, have turned their 12 acre farm into an animal sanctuary. They have rescued 33 animals and counting. Their most recent rescue? This beautiful mare named Lilly.

Lilly was found abandoned and tied to a post back in March after being shot with paintballs over 120 times at close range. She's recovered beautifully after being treated at Penn Vet's New Bolton Center. She's gained 150 pounds, had her right eye removed, and was treated for a problem in her left eye. Now she's ready to live out the rest of her days with Jon and Tracey Stewart.
