Missing Newark girl found

- Nevaeh Blaine, 8, has been found at Newark Penn Station, according to police. She disappeared at around 9:45 a.m. Sunday after leaving a playground.

A frantic search was underway throughout the streets of Newark, at businesses, on the streets, and in the air.

A group of mothers searching for Nevaeh spotted her sitting on a bench waiting for a bus Sunday night. It is not clear how she got there.

She was taken to UMDNJ for evaluation. No details on the disappearance have been released. There have been no arrests.

Newark police said surveillance video showed her leaving the playground at Bradley Court Housing Community where she lived and walking towards a grocery store nearby.
