FedEx customers upset after holiday packages still undelivered

The holidays are over, but over the weekend, some people in Maryland said they were still waiting on Christmas packages from FedEx.

Customers at a FedEx pick up location in White Marsh said they waited for four hours -- only to end up leaving the facility empty handed.

They say they were told to come to that FedEx location Saturday to pick up their packages.

At least one customer received their item, while others still had to wait.

“I'm fortunate. I got mine within a week. These people that have been waiting a month for a Ninja coffee maker -- it's just ridiculous. The holiday is no longer an excuse," said Steven Taylor.

“Tell the customer like it is. Don't tell the customer to go here when you're not sure if they can pick up the package. I mean this is our Saturday afternoon," said John Meyers, who was still waiting for his package.

A FedEx spokesperson confirmed customers were "inadvertently directed" to the White Marsh location.
