Meet New York City's coolest wheeler-dealer

Leo Heinert is a 23-year-old real estate agent in Brooklyn, whose been named the best amateur skateboarder in New York City by the “Dose” website- daily entertainment news and tips. Check out his amazing epic feats and best tricks.

Accomplishing those feats also means having epic fails with battle scars to prove it.

Heinert has been skateboarding for 14 years and has a major sponsorship with D.C. shoes.

However, he still works as a real estate agent, while skateboarding as much as he wants. He’s passionate about both.

"I enjoy it, going into cool apartments and actually helping people get a new spot. People get psyched to see a cool spot and I don’t want anybody to be homeless," Leo said.

The latest property he's trying to lease is located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.

Heinert showed off some of his best moves at the new Nike skate park in Williamsburg.

His parents are from Ecuador, and he did a jump with Ecuadorean flare and meringue steps. 

Heinhert's ambition is not win the X Games, or contests, rather it's to make videos of epic skateboarding moves/jumps no one else has ever done. 

"Contests bring out best and worst. ... dying and bleeding and eating it, getting demolished but that's where it's at,” Heinert said.
