(AP) — A New York man and a Massachusetts woman have pleaded not guilty
in a New Jersey court to charges stemming from the fatal shooting of
the man's wife.
Kashif Parvaiz (par-VEZ') and Antionette Stephen
face murder, conspiracy and weapons charges in the killing of Nazish
Noorani last August. The 27-year-old Noorani was shot while walking with
her husband, Parvaiz, and their 3-year-old son in the northern New
Jersey suburb of Boonton.

pleas during separate arraignments in a Morris County courtroom on
Parvaiz remains in custody on $3 million bail. Stephen is being held on $5 million bail.

Stephen to the attack.
