Indiana stage collapse victims agree to settlement

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Most victims of the deadly stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair last year have agreed to accept shares of a $13.2 million settlement.

The offer is from the state and two private companies.

To accept the settlement, claimants agreed to release Mid-America Sound and James Thomas Engineering from additional liability in the collapse.
