Philadelphia Police are looking for the man they believe is responsible for four rapes in the city's Germantown neighborhood.

The man was caught on tape just before a May 19 attack on a 15-year-old girl and seen again leaving the crime scene, police said.

"A dangerous situation," said Capt. John Darby, of the Special Victims Unit. "We have a guy with a gun, young female victims. You just can't predict what they're gonna do. We gotta get this guy off the streets."

The Citizen's Crime commission is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person who is responsible "for these horrendous acts."

the women ranged in age from 12 to 17 years old.  In each case, the suspect forces the women into an alley, or in one case, a rec. center at gunpoint.

The hotline for the CCC is 215.546.TIPS or you can call the Philadelphia Police at 215.686.TIPS.
