Three Former Penn State Administrators To Go Before Judge

HARRISBURG, Pa. -

Three former Penn State administrators are set to go before a judge, in connection with the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse scandal.

Graham Spanier, university president during the time of the scandal, Tim Curley, then-athletic director and Gary Schultz, retired university vice president, face charges of covering up an allegation that former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky was sexually preying on little boys.

The men say they were never aware of what was really going on.

Sandusky is now serving a 30 to 60 year prison sentence after he was convicted on multiple counts of sexual abuse.
