Jersey City, New Jersey (My9NJ) -

Hank chased the story about a man found hanging from a tree near a Jersey City park. After speaking to first responders on the scene Hank learned that the body had his hands tied which indicates that it may not be a suicide, however police are saying that there are no other signs of foul play.

Since the incident, information has been circling around on Facebook offering all kinds of speculation.  The Hudson County Prosecutor's office did not return Hanks calls but two officials from the Mayor's office spoke to Hank about this sad situation.  As of now the investigation continues.
