Aussie fitness expert Michelle Bridges brings workout craze to US

MYFOXNY.COM - Fitness expert Michelle Bridges is best known for her 12-week body transformation workout. She says hundreds of thousands of people have lost nearly two million pounds following her techniques.

Bridges, who hails from Australia, is responsible for the latest fitness craze taking over the country.

Her philosophy: nutrition, exercise and mind set.

She shared one of her most popular routines with Good Day New York viewers on Tuesday.

“They're time savers, they chew up some big calories and they use every muscle group,” said Bridges.

Five exercise for 15 minutes for maximum results and minimum time:

Squat thrusts with or without weights- 5 times; targets thighs hips triceps

Plank jacks- 10 times; works core

Drop squats with V- arms- 15 times; works legs, arms and adds cardio

Push-up -20 times;  works supper body, stabilizes abs

Frog jumps- 20 times; works upper and lower body, core

Repeat until 15 minutes is up.
