Woman Skips The Shampoo, Claims Her Hair Is Healthier Than Ever Before!

Posted: Updated:

A young woman did something that many women are scared to do: she's skipped the shampoo to skip out on the harsh chemicals.

This "no 'poo" method is nothing new, but most participants choose different alternatives like homemade shampoos from baking soda. After a few years of trial and error, Jacquelyn Baers said claims that the baking soda "remedy" only dried her hair out more. She instead opted to just cut the products out altogether and has stayed this way for over three years now.

According to Baers, her non-shampooed locks have been healthier than ever before. She has even managed to get her husband involved in the trend!
