Celebrate Fat Tuesday at Henry's Louisiana Grill

ACWORTH, Ga. -

Chef Henry Chandler of Henry's Louisiana Grill stopped by Good Day Atlanta to celebrate Fat Tuesday with the Good Day crew.

Fat Tuesday is known as the last day to indulge before Ash Wednesday, which is the beginning of the Lenten season.

In New Orleans, all Mardi Gras partying ends abruptly at midnight on Tuesday. But Henry's Louisiana Grill is keeping the "Pardi Gras" celebration going until 1 a.m.

The party starts at lunch and Chef Henry is passing around slices of King Cake to everyone who walks through the front door.

Guests can expect crab cakes and boudin balls, all day. And Henry's will be serving $5 Hurricanes until the doors close. Blair Crimmins and the Hookers will be performing "New Orleans" inspired music and drink specials start at $2.

Try a couple of Henry's recipies, at home: Blackberry Horseradish Sauce, King Cake Martini and Henry's Lousiana Crab Cake.

For more information, visit them at Henry's Louisiana Grill online.
