EASTON, Pa. -

Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect who is accused of attacking a jogger in Easton, Pa.

The terrifying attack on the woman happened about 4:35 p.m. last Tuesday on the Stirner Arts Trail.

Easton police are stepping up patrols on the trail since the attack. However, runners say parts of the 2 and a half mile long trail are secluded.

Police say the man grabbed the victim from behind, threw her to the ground, and then punched her. She was able to break free and get away.

She has since provided a police sketch artist with an image of what the attacker looked like.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his late teens or early 20's about 5’10”, weighing about 180-190 pounds. According to the victim, the suspect had dark spiked hair and last seen wearing a red shirt, black jeans and carrying a black draw-string style backpack.
