NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - A woman was rescued from a marsh in New Jersey on Tuesday after her car veered into the tall grass of Laurence Harbor.

At least half a dozen emergency personnel responded to the scene off Summerfield Ave. in Middlesex.

SkyFoxHD was overhead Tuesday morning where the woman could be seen moving her arms while being placed onto a stretcher.

A red, four-door vehicle was nearby and appeared to have sustained front end damage and was covered in dirt.

The woman's condition was unclear and it is not known why she drove into the marsh.

For decades, making some quick cash was the main drive behind so many who took the ride down the parkway to Atlantic City. But with so much to choose from nowadays, it looks like Atlantic City is in a lot of trouble.
