Obama Impersonator Wreaks Havoc On Time Square

New York, New York (My9NJ) -

The Model Pranksters came to the Chasing New Jersey studios to share the video of their latest prank that involved a look-a-like Barack Obama!

The group of jokesters hit up Time Square with a hired actor who looks just like President Obama, a slew of secret service security actors and a stretch Cadillac limousine that only a President would ride.

The group said that NYPD was aware of the prank and that they weren’t necessarily doing anything illegal.

“They weren’t happy, but they couldn’t stop us because it’s not illegal to impersonate a president unless you go into a government building and sign a document or anything, but they just said you couldn’t bring a motorcade through Times Square,” Prankster Coby Persin said.

When the fake Obama got out of the car to greet people in Times Square a massive crowd gathered to get a glimpse of the POTUS.

“We started with about 50 people and by the end of the day those 50 people grew into like 2,000 people just going insane,” Persin recalled.

Some residents of West New York, New Jersey are happy with their beautiful views of Manhattan, but aren’t too happy about the noise that is coming over from the city. Residents who live at the Hudson Club apartment complex at Port Imperial say that the music that reportedly comes from a new concert hall at Pier 97 across the Hudson River in New York City is affecting their quality of life.
