New comedy makes world premiere at Centenary Stage Company

A new play that is both comedic and poignant makes its' world premiere at the Centenary Stage Company in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Written by veteran playwright and actress Joni Fritz, "In the Car with Blossom and Len" will certainly hit a nerve for anyone dealing with aging parents or immersed in challenging family dynamics. The plot goes like this:A basket full of unpaid bills for chemical engineer Lenny Gold’s laboratory is discovered by one of his adult daughters, unveiling a lifetime of secrets, a mysterious silent partner, and a few other challenges which must be met by this family.

Joni Fritz's "In the Car with Blossom and Len," directed by Lynn Taylor-Corbett opens February 20 and runs through March 8. Centenary Stage Company is located at 715 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown.
