Naked lady busted for prostitution

A topless Times Square street performer and her manager get busted by the NYPD for reportedly offering oral sex and drugs to undercover cops.

Cops arrested Destiny Romero and Jason Perez early Thursday morning at NYC's Lexington Hotel.

The NYC Times Square Alliance praises the NYPD's efforts. In a statement, the organization said the mayor's task force will fashion comprehensive, long-term regulatory solutions.

Meanwhile, other women continued to practice their legal right to be topless in NYC on Thursday.

That's just that one incident," said Brenda Justice, a woman standing topless in Times Square.  "I mean you gotta follow the law. Hard to believe that happened."

On Thursday evening, topless street performers returned to Times Square. The performers and managers say they do not engage in the same illegal practices as those who were arrested.
