Progress and frustration over Newark's water crisis

As city and state officials tout preliminary results of the latest water testing in Newark, some residents continue to have concerns about filters. And as Jane Burnett reports, a state assemblyman says it is way too early to be optimistic, even using the words "environmental racism" in reference to the situation.
