Topless women back in Times Square
The topless women of Times Square, also known as the Desnudas, have returned along with the warm weather.
Mayor de Blasio and Governor Cuomo have made it clear that they do not want these naked women around.
Mayor de Blasio's weapon of choice against them is a bucket of paint.
Sections of concrete have been painted with white and green rectangles. The costumed characters and the Desnudas are required to stay in the space or face fines and possibly jail time.
