All 30 horses escape Watchung Stables
According to reports Monday evening, all 30 horses broke loose from Watchung Stables and were running from 1160 Summit Lane in Mountainside.
Mountainside Police called in Union County Police for assistance and were successful in keeping them away from Route 78.
A Springfield officer reported that one horse charged his patrol car while trying to escape.
