CALTRANS: 25K to solve traffic woes?

LOS ANGELES, CA (FOX 11) - Caltrans offering to pay 25-thousand dollars cash to anyone who can help solve traffic woes in California.

The '25k find a new way' program asking commuters to think outside the box and come up with real solution.

Entries will be judged on innovation and feasibility. And the person who comes up with the best solution could pocket the prize money.
