Crews rescue unconscious man on Camelback Mountain

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Crews rescued an unconscious man off of Camelback Mountain on Tuesday.

The Phoenix Fire Department says the 20-year-old man was rescued after being unconscious on the Echo Canyon trailhead near the summit on Camelback Mountain.

Firefighters used a helicopter to extricate the man off the mountain and he was taken to a nearby hospital.
