Deputies: Man arrested for murdering baby

BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. - Bartow County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man who they said murdered an 11-week-old baby.

Jerry Bagley was charged with murder and child cruelty.

Last April, deputies were called to a home on Cedar Creek Road for a "baby in cardiac arrest."

Medics rushed the baby to the hospital but the baby died four days later.

An autopsy revealed the baby died from brain trauma.

Bagley was being held without bond at the Bartow County Jail.
