Disney resort creates life-sized gingerbread holiday carousel

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Walt Disney World built a life-size gingerbread holiday carousel at their Yacht & Beach Club Resort. 

Disney says that the life-size, edible spinning carousel is a holiday tradition at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club resort. 

The carousel is Lilo & Stitch-themed. It features carousel horses with coordinating, hand-painted holiday characters joined by handcrafted gingerbread snowman and snowflakes that spin round and round.

This is the 18th year Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort has created this cookie masterpiece. 18 hidden Mickey's will be added to the carousel to commemorate each year of this beloved tradition.

A holiday pin will also be made and features Lilo & Stitch.
