It is alleged that Garcia conspired with Polanco, Juarez and Flores to rob Romero, who agreed to meet with 'the girl' the four defendants allegedly posed as on Facebook. Both Polanco and Juarez are accused of hitting Romero in the head with a glass bottle and stabbing him twice in the chest
