NYC Public Schools open Wednesday, March 15

NEW YORK (FOX5NY) - All New York City Public Schools will be open Wednesday, March 15, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced.

Public Schools were closed Tuesday, March 14 due to the expected blizzard. 

All programs and activities will be held as scheduled.

The first snow just after midnight Tuesday.  Up to 20 inches were expected but the totals ended up being much lower.
