The body of 64-year-old George Paul Treadway was recovered  in floodwaters along Reeves Station Road just west of Calhoun in western Gordon County on Monday.

The GSP Dive Team spotted a submerged car in the water late Sunday.

Early Monday a recovery team recovered Treadway's body which was found inside the vehicle.

Gordon County Sheriff's officials also confirmed the recovery of a second body at a lake in the Sonoraville Community near the Bartow County line  on Monday morning. The victim has been identified as 38 year old Robert John Murray, who went missing while kayaking.
