Brooklyn and Mayli aren't letting their wheelchairs stop them from doing what they love most- dancing.
WEATHERFORD- Brooklyn and Mayli aren’t letting their wheelchairs stop them from doing what they love most- dancing.
The two little girls from Texas made a viral dance video to the popular Silento song, “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae).”
The two girls are part of a group called Aylita Wheelchair Dance. The group, created by Sammy Wimberly hosts a dance class for children that are disabled.
“Our mission is to inspire, encourage, and build confidence,” Wimberly wrote on the groups GoFundMe page. “We want to give these kids a space where they won’t feel so ‘difference’ or stared at, or questioned. A space where they can feel safe and free to express themselves.”
But no one expresses it quite better than Mayli.
“Dancing makes my heart happy,” she says.
