A Prince William County man has been arrested after he preyed on a 12-year-old girl from King George County on Instagram and raped her, according to officials.

The Prince William County Police Department said they responded to a home in the 14400 block of Belvedere Drive in Woodbridge at about 6 p.m. on Monday to locate the child.

When officers attempted to make contact, they said 20-year-old Tyquan Stoney ran out the back door. Authorities said Stoney was quickly taken into custody and the 12-year-old girl was found inside the home.
