My9’s Vice President/Station Manager, Dianne Doctor, goes through NJ Transit's new homeless policy. This year, record numbers of homeless are descending on bus and train terminals—many from New York City, while New Jersey commuters still need a clean, safe and comfortable environment to endure the inevitable delays.
