Doctor's Opinion: Transit State of Emergency

My9 Vice President/Station Manager Dianne Doctor says there are no easy answers when it comes to the transit crisis. But one thing is for sure: many of the transit bosses need to go. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie needs to declare a state of emergency for New Jersey Transit and clean house, she says. She says the state needs to give NJ Transit the money to fix its problems. She says Christie needs to bring in New Jersey's version of MTA Chairman Joe Lhota. Also, she says Lhota should replace Ronnie Hakim.
