It’s a watershed moment for government as their voices will help shape policy and dialogue moving forward! Here in New Jersey, women make up a third of the State Legislature. But is it enough? What steps can be taken to have more women seek office and succeed? And what challenges do they still face, on the state, federal or local level? We sit down with women who share their own experiences.
